Return and Refund Policy

Our refund policy is 07 Days from the date the products are delivered to the customer. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempted from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

*The Money-Back Guarantee applies to all products on the Marketplace priced at Rs.2,000 or less only.
*We will refund you the original price paid for the goods less 5% transaction fee, If you are paying cash upon a delivery 6% Delivery service charge and our delivery charges if applicable within 1 week (7 days).
*In the event of a delivered order being requested to refund, first the product should be returned to and once a thorough inspection has been carried out by the Staff for any damages, the refund will be processed as mentioned above and the total delivery cost will not be refunded. To complete your return, we require an order number and your email address, if you purchased from our store require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Our products are shipped within 3-7 Days using the following couriers: To return your product, if you are not in the Colombo area you should post your product to: 80B, Ahalape junction, Piliyandala Road, Boralesgamuwa Sri Lanka, You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over Rs.10,000.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
